Pratique et gratuite pour le Syndic

Au début, j'étais un peu sceptique par rapport à mon expérience précédente avec d'autres entreprises. Mais c'était gratuit pour moi en tant que syndic de mon immeuble et les résidents peuvent l'essayer gratuitement pendant un mois avant de l'acheter. Donc, après les avoir consultés, nous avons décidé d'y aller et c'est vraiment un sauveur de vie. 70% des résidents l'ont acheté et ils sont satisfaits jusqu'à présent.

Yes it is free. The application, and all of its functionalities, is free to use by the building manager of the residence. Residents benefit from one month of free trial. After one month from the first registration date, each resident must pay the modest annual registration fee.

The free trial period is one month from the first day of registration (account activation)

You can access this application from any computer or smartphone. you can use your browser or download the Android or Iphone app.

Your resident account must be given to you by your Syndic. Once you receive it, you will be able to change your password. Several accounts per residential unit (Apartment / Office / Commerce) are authorized however, each account is linked to a single unit.

There are many ways to pay your annual membership fee. Either by depositing the money in our bank account, or by paying through our secure online payment system, or by sending the money to our paypal account. (Note: it is preferable to make payments for several residents at the same time to benefit from the discounts offered)

The Syndic is the administrator of the application. He has more privileges and access rights.

No, unfortunately you can't. The Syndic must first create the residence account, preconfigure it and create the resident accounts before you can access it.
